The Family Chronicles specialise in preparation of Family Law Reports for the purpose of evidence in Court proceedings. This report is based on in-depth interviews and observations with the parents, children, and other significant parties.
These interviews and observations assist in the Report Writer building an understanding of both the child/ren’s experiences within their family and of the dispute within the proceedings. This situational understanding alongside The Family Chronicles’ clinical knowledge regarding children’s age and development, the impact of the family situation, and other important factors including identified risk, assist the Report Writer to complete and provide a comprehensive and child-focused report.
The final report will be succinct, impartial and presented in the format that is accepted by the Court as per guidelines provided by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

This is a preliminary assessment and report to provide the Court with general information about the family and the experiences of the children to guide future potential parenting arrangements. It considers any present risk factors, the children's development, and their relationships with their caregivers.
The final report will be succinct, impartial and presented in the format that is accepted by the Court.
